Cheesy Mushroom Elk Burger
Sauteed Shiitake, Baby Greens, Mozza, Charred Onions, Gooseberry/Elderflower Jam on Ciabatta
This is my fast food, cheaper, healthier. With all the unpacking, washing (have you possibly read this before?) I have going on, burgers are hitting the spot.
There really is an elk burger hiding under the cheese. Only salt and pepper added, there's enough going on with the burger, I wanted the chance to actually taste the meat.
The Gooseberry/Elderflower jam is from my trip to England, finally got around to opening it. Super yum!!!
